A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. In case of check-in after 08:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Check-in according to the instructions is possible from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Guests aged under 18 cannot stay at the hotel alone. Specific policies may vary by hotel and room type.
