You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in takes place at the reception of Feriendorf Hohentauern, 2 km away. Please note that due to the expansion of the resort in the summer months, there may be disturbances due to construction work.
