Please note that a prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions. Please note that guests are required to pay destination fee of EUR 3.00 (Apartment with Terrace, Apartment - Ground Floor, Loft) - EUR 3.50 (Apartment with Garden View, Deluxe Apartment, Superior Apartment) for adults, EUR 1.60 for children between 6 - 16 years of age. The destination fee is applied per person per night. Children under 6 and people with disabilities are not required to pay the destination fee. Please also note that these apartments are located at different addresses and do not have a reception. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property one day prior to arrival in order to specify the address and time of arrival. Check-in before 20.00 is free or charge. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement with the property at an additional fee of EUR 25. There is an additional charge of EUR 50 for check-in after 00:00.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
