Important information

Please note that for your own security and to prevent fraudulent transactions, the same credit/debit card used to make this advance non-refundable reservation must be presented at check-in. An imprint of it will be made and a signature of the card holder will be required to accept the full charge. In the event of this not being possible, the hotel will ask for an alternative method of payment, without exceptions. Photo ID (passport) of the credit card holder will also be required and a copy of it taken. Pre-authorization of credit card is required upon check-in.
