Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The buildings were put into operation in January 2024. At the moment, finishing work on the floors and landscaping work are ongoing during the time allowed by law for noisy work. These inconveniences are compensated by the reduced cost of renting the apartment.
