The front-desk doesn't open around the clock (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM). If guests are arriving after 09:00 p.m., they should inform the hotel in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Reception is available from 6:30 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM on weekdays, and 7 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 9 PM on weekends and Bank holidays. The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
