Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The hotel's buffet hours are as follows: Breakfast from 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Lunch from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM; Dinner from 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM. In order to carry out the works prescribed by GOST R 53491.1-2009 and SANPIN SP2.1.3678-20, the hydrothermal zone and sauna complex will be closed from 31.03. (from 09:00 PM) to 05.04. (until 09:00 AM), the SPA center will operate as usual, where full range of facial and body care services will be provided, as well as body care in an individual hammam. Noisy renovation works are being carried out in the hotel: from January 8 to April 16 in the play area on the second floor; from February 24 to April 28 on the 4th floor of the hotel room stock; from February 24 to March 2 inclusive, the entrance group of the Artichoke restaurant will be renovated. Please note that the entrance to the buffet line will be through the Almanac restaurant. The children's club will be unavailable for visiting. According to the law on silence, noisy work will be carried out during the hours permitted by law and is excluded on weekdays from 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM, also from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM, and on weekends from 09:00 PM to 10:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
