Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When booking 5 rooms or more, other payment and cancellation policies may apply. * Cancellation: * you will find the cancellation conditions on the right of each room name. If you cancel the reservation for free, then the conditions are highlighted in green. * Accepted forms of payment: * cash and credit cards. * Extra beds: * the cost of providing an extra bed with breakfast is RUB 1440.00. Reservations with the rate type of payment at the hotel are only guaranteed until 6:00 PM of the arrival day. Conditions for guests with pets: Pets up to 5 kg with a veterinary passport are allowed. Accommodation of one animal costs RUB 1000.00 per day. From the deposit of RUB 3000.00 50% is deducted for hypoallergenic treatment of the room. If the room is fine, the second part is returned. Guests need to have: a tray, a carrier, a bowl, a bedding.
