Important information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Starting from April 1, 2024, a resort fee will be introduced in St. Petersburg: a payment that is charged to every guest over the age of 18. The resort fee is charged at the time of check-in if you stay at the hotel for more than one day. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from paying the fee in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of St. Petersburg No. 419-81 of 06/29/2023. If guests have a benefit, they must have the original of the supporting document with you or a duly certified copy of it. Not all rooms at the hotel have windows. Breakfast cost: RUB 350.00 (01.01.-09.04.23; 16.10.-31.12.23) and RUB 600.00 (10.04.-15.10.23). Children under 6 stay free of charge in free beds with breakfast supplement, or at the price of an extra bed for an adult when staying on an extra bed. Children from 7 to 11 years old are charged the price of an extra bed for an adult. An additional seat is calculated from 35% of the cost of the open rate. The cost of visa support: RUB 2000.00 per person. Foreign citizens are charged an additional fee of 250.00 RUB. For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, the conditions of the free cancellation and prepayment policy are subject to change. Guests will be charged a migration tax of RUB 300.00 if the guest is not a Russian citizen.
