Important information

In 2023 Luna Hotels & Resorts will suppress the shuttle service from Luna Clube Oceano to the beach and vice versa. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the safety deposit box has a surcharge. Please note that information of the credit card used to make the reservation must correspond to the holder of the reservation. In case of prepayment, the credit card used must be presented at check-in. Otherwise a new payment may be requested. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
